Last year, Thomas Nägele participated in the founding of the thinkBLOCKtank (TBT), a Luxembourg based organization focused on fostering Blockchain technology throughout Europe.
Recently, Thomas Nägele & Alexis Esneault from NÄGELE Attorneys at Law participated in the organization’s bi-annual meetup in Warsaw, Poland, where there was a round table discussion about the future of the organization and how to maximize the organization’s effectiveness. The meeting took place at Wardynski & Partners and was followed by a public meetup at Mindspace, a co-working space, where Thomas Nägele presented on the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act (Trusted Technologies Law).
The following day a seminar took place where other TBT Members, including Stephan Meyer from NÄGELE’s affiliate law firm in Switzerland, MME, presented on various legal issues surrounding the tokenization of rights across jurisdictions.
The team here at NÄGELE is looking forward to continued involvement in the TBT’s efforts towards promotion and adoption of Blockchain technology both at home and abroad.
Letztes Jahr nahm Thomas Nägele an der Gründung des thinkBLOCKtank (TBT) teil. TBT ist eine luxemburgische Organisation mit dem Ziel, die Blockchaintechnologie in Europa zu fördern.
Kürzlich nahmen Thomas Nägele und Alexis Esneault von der NÄGELE Rechtsanwälte GmbH am halbjährlichen Treffen der Organisation in Warschau, Polen teil. An einem Runden Tisch wurden hinsichtlich der Organisation ihre Zukunft sowie Möglichkeiten, ihre Effektivität zu maximieren, diskutiert. Das Treffen fand bei Wardynski & Partners statt; im Anschluss folgte ein öffentliches Treffen beim Co-Working-Space Mindspace, wo Thomas Nägele eine Präsentation zum liechtensteinischen Blockchain-Gesetz (Gesetz über Vertrauenswürdige Technologien) hielt.
Am darauffolgenden Tag fand ein Seminar statt, an welchem TBT-Mitglieder, darunter auch Stephan Meyer von MME, der Partnerkanzlei von NÄGELE in der Schweiz, über verschiedene rechtliche Fragen rund um die jurisdiktionsübergreifende Tokenisierung von Rechten referierte.
Das Team der NÄGELE Rechtsanwälte GmbH freut sich, weiter in den Einsatz von TBT im Hinblick auf die Förderung und Übernahme der Blockchain-Technologie auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene eingebunden zu sein.
